This Radon Level Performance Guarantee is made by The Radon Pros, located at 79 Hill Street, Greenville NY 12083, on this [Date].

The Radon Pros guarantees that the radon level in the building located at [Address of Building] will not exceed 4.0 pCi/L of air for a period of 5 Years, starting on [Start Date].

The Radon Pros shall be responsible for testing and remediation, if necessary.

In the event that the radon level exceeds 4.0 pCi/L of air by an accredited test, The Radon Pros shall remedy the situation within 30 days of receiving notice.

This guarantee shall be binding upon the parties and their heirs, executors, and assigns.
